It's a Bit Brisk Outside

Taken a bit ago, to show a couple friends how cold it gets where I live, in the wintertime.  Yes, that's Hello Kitty on my iPhone.  Yes, those are my real nails.  No, I do not paint them or even have them manicured.  This was taken in the afternoon and it was actually 10 degrees colder earlier in the morning.
